As with our new online store, here are the usual Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) regarding any and all things related. Have a question that's not answered here? Please contact me directly, and we can add it!
ORDER TIMELINE: All things considered, we try to ship out orders within 1-2 business days. Delays can happen, and we will let you know if there's anything severely holding up your order. An example timeline is as follows:
- Order placed at 10:00am on Tuesday
- Order gets entered into GHS system on Wednesday morning; order is marked as "processing"
- Order is fulfilled, and shipped Wednesday evening, updated in GHS system
- Order is marked as "shipped" with tracking info on Thursday morning (or, next business day).
SHIPPING: At this time, all orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage, or USPS International (for our Foreign orders). All orders are shipped from our office/factory at 2813 Wilbur Ave, Battle Creek MI 49037. Shipping is a flat rate based on the order total.

RETURN POLICY: Any unused/unopened products may be returned (less a 10% restocking fee) by contacting us directly and requesting a return. Clothing items (hats, shirts, etc..) are NON-RETURNABLE.
