Dino Villanueva grew up in a musical family and has been involved in music throughout his life. He started first on piano at a young age, followed quickly by guitar, bass, saxophone, trumpet, drums, and vocals. He has been performing professionally on the bass guitar since 2002 in a variety of styles, including Country, Rock, Latin, Jazz, and Funk. For 3 years he was the bassist, band leader, and backup vocalist for American Idol alum Casey James. During this time made appearances on the Today Show, the Ellen Degeneres Show, and American Idol. The band was also the opening act on the Taylor Swift “Red” Tour in 2013. Currently he is the bass player for Country Legend Tanya Tucker and has been on the road since 2016.
